Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if no paid credits have been used.

Because AI processing costs are incurred immediately when generations are run, refunds may be denied once paid credits have been consumed.

If you cancel your subscription, cancellation stops future billing. Your service and any remaining paid credits stay available until the end of the current billing cycle.

At the end of the current billing cycle, any unused paid credits expire unless a new paid cycle begins.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or repeated attempts to obtain AI-generated outputs without paying for the associated processing costs.
